Physical Products (The Ball, Starter Kit)
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive the item and inspect it, a full refund (minus shipping) will be processed to your original payment method.
Digital Products (Flows, Poses, Access Pass)
Due to the nature of digital content, all Access Pass memberships, digital videos, and content access are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you are experiencing a technical issue or feel you were charged in error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
